Good Habits as a Teacher

Hi,
I have started to make the lecture notes for the effective delivery of my lectures and I publish them on my blog for free now. I think it builds the confidence to do my job in a good way.
Here is the list of the things that I do:

1.  Each day I look for the topics to be taught the next day.
2.  I read the topics in the reference books.
3.  I put the ideas and the content in my own language.

Advantages:

•  It will get saved for my future reference
•  I can give the link to whoever want my writings.
